I wanted to share a meaningful update as we close out the year and prepare for what’s shaping up to be a pivotal 2026 for Mentra.

Mentra 2.0: Rebuilt, Focused, and Ready to Scale

Over the past few months, we made the deliberate decision to rebuild Mentra from the ground up.

We found an exceptional engineer who rebuilt both the candidate application and the recruiter application in record time, delivering a much cleaner codebase, clearer core flows, and real “wow moments” we simply didn’t have in 1.0. We’re planning to bring him to San Francisco in January as we double down on execution and velocity.

This rebuild wasn’t about adding features — it was about building the right scaffolding:
